Arthur Ashe and President Leslie Allen
Win4Life teaches the strategies and skills to master the game and stand above the crowd. Win4Life’s President and CEO Leslie Allen knows first hand the complexities of navigating in a world that was not designed for her; and she redesigned the tennis world.
Joining trailblazers and mentors, Arthur Ashe and Billie Jean King, Allen carved her own path and was the first African American woman to win a major pro tennis tournament since Althea Gibson. Allen used her 4D’s core values of Desire, Dedication, Discipline and Determination, to overcome adversity, transcend barriers and master the game on and off the playing field.
Taking the lessons from her own journey, Allen understands the need for impeccable life skills. She recognizes too often today texts and emojis are the communication mode of choice, athletes focus solely on their results, and most expect instant gratification. This leaves a void in personal development. Win4Life fills that void; the mission of Win4Life is to prepare professionals, athletes, and students with the essential skills to be a well-rounded successful individual.
Win4Life utilizes the core values of the 4D’s, to train, support and motivate athletes, students and professionals alike. Through workshops and 1-2-1 coaching, Win4Life helps develop the life skills imperative to excel in today’s world. Win4Life teaches the skills to be bold, to be brave and to be empowered so you can MASTER THE GAME.
